BARRE (1st & 3rd weeks of the month): Bring on the burn with this total body sculpting class which has elements of pilates, ballet, yoga, and functional training. Slim, tone, and stretch your body in ways that you haven't experienced before!
BOOTCAMP (2nd and 4th weeks of the month): Put your game face on because we're turning it up a notch with my full body workout aimed at building strength, endurance, and power, both inside and out!
My classes will include modifications to make the workout safe and accessible for everyone.
